BioLector

The BioLector is a system for online monitoring of cell growth of pro- and eucaryotic cells in a microtiter plate format (6 – 96 wells). During the growth phase the BioLector continuously monitors cell density, pH, pO2, temperature, and the expression of recombinant, fluorescent proteins. It enables the user to analyze growth kinetics in real time, which in turn is a valuable tool for media optimization and cell line selection.
